Room Rates and Taxes

Please book your reservation by Jan. 31, 2019, to guarantee the room of your choice. All rates represent a single night’s stay and are subject to 16.75% occupancy tax (subject to change). Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.

Credit Card Room Guarantee

All reservations must be submitted with a credit card valid through February 2019 as cards will not be processed until that time.

Acknowledgements

Experient, not the hotel, will email you the reservation acknowledgment within 72 hours. Add email_confirm@confmail.experient-inc.com to your Safe Senders list. Please review all information for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within this timeframe, contact the NACS Registrar

Cancellations

If your plans change, hotel reservation cancellations must be received as soon as possible, but no later than 4:00 p.m. ET Jan. 11, 2019, to avoid being charged a fee of $150 per room.

Until Jan. 31, 2019, send your cancellation request to Experient at camex-att@experient-inc.com (attendees) or camex-exh@experient-inc.com (exhibitors).

After Jan. 31, 2019, cancellations must be made directly through your hotel. Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation check-in date will be charged one night’s room rate and tax.

If you do not cancel your reservation and do not arrive at the hotel on the check-in date specified on your reservation, the first night’s room rate and tax will be charged to your credit card and your entire reservation will be cancelled.
